Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 devices for meeting a Plantronics C510-M Headset and  and a Jabra 510 speaker.

If I have both plugged in one of the microphones will not work, but trouble-shooter shows no issues.

It always is the second one to be plugged in (or random if switched on with both)

Don't have this issue with other PCs in the house.

 

All drivers appear up to date. 

I've tried different USB hubs and get the same issue.

So far after many calls with HP Support, still no further forward. 

Currently sent them full diagnostics and a video of the issue via wetransfer (at their request)

But their ticket system only responds to replies so original ticket closed. Now replied (on new ticket) with the link wetransfer sent me. 

It all feels very disjointed, can not see tickets/updates on my HP support portal or update it via the portal/upload files, no automated response from their ticket system so it just goes into a black hole! 

 

Back to waiting. seriously considering returning the machine based on this support journey.
