Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My internal mic is recording. That is under sound / recording the green bars are responding. 

But not a single app is working with the mic.

 

PS

It is not the privacy settings

I understand that the internal microphone is not working.

 

Please provide the correct product number.
