Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx

I have done all basic stuff to try and fix this. My microphone will not work, through my headset or headphones. There is no issues in basic settings or with my drivers and I've already checked everything. I am unable to use my microphones on any of my headphones or computers but my HP system and Windows say there is nothing wrong.
