Hi all,
had my pavillion all in one 3 days and am now trying to find out why the microphone isnt working. Microsoft chat have connected up and checked everything and say all seems fine, done a restart etc. Im not very techy so am stuck with how I can. 1. find out if it has a built in microphone?
2. how to switch it on
help!

Exactly what is the model-number? You can try a Google-search, with that model-number, to find the "specifications" document for your model. That document will tell you if it came with a web-camera and/or a built-in microphone.
I think that HP offers free telephone-support for the first 30 days of ownership.
HP does offer a 12-month warranty on any brand-new HP computer.
