Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb0000a (3B5H6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My sound (output) only works through the PC and not my headset, from what I've read the single port for headphones should support both mic and headphones but my headset has two jacks, one for headset and one for mic...
So I switched to a set with just one jack but that didn't work either, the pc just receives it from a built in mic? So now I sound extremely quiet but this was never a problem before. I've tried updating drivers, resetting and configuring but nothing has worked. Please help
