Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

NO AUDIO, has the updates, windows 1, the drivers are up to date. when run diagnostic shows all is good to go. This happened once before while under warranty and i had to ship the pc back to HP to fix, something related to and update that caused the audio to stop working. the sent it back working, and now there is no audio again. i am out of warranty, PLEASE HELP with a way foward to get the audio working again

(2) Test again ...
