Hello, @TRYSIE - Hope you are well 🙂

Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I see that you are facing audio issues with your HP PC. I will certainly do my best to assist you with this issue 🙂

To assist you with this issue, I need the following details:

1) What is the product number or model number of your HP product? If unsure, please check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG

2) What is the operating system on your PC?

Alternatively, try the audio troubleshooter. It might be able to fix audio problems automatically.

Also, here are some additional steps:

  1. Try these steps:
    1. Open Start , enter Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Under Sound, video and game controllers, select your sound card, open it, select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.
  2. If that didn't work, try this:
    1. Uninstall your audio driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the audio driver, and select Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

Let me know how that goes. I’ll watch for your reply!

Good luck 🙂
