Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have spent about 5 hours working with microsoft to try and fix the issue of me having no audio coming from my speakers. I can only hear when I have a bluetooth device connected. Otherwise my computer says that I have "no audio output device installed". Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this?

I have done resets, restart/restore points, and at this point microsoft told me that they couldn't help me and that I had to get in contact with HP to try and fix it, but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone nor be able to get anyone to help me. I would love it if anyone could help me please.

6 months ago the WIFI was gone but icoukd fix it
