HP EliteOne 800 G2 23-in Non-Touch AiO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please can someone help?

I have a HP EliteOne 800 G2 23-in Non-Touch All In One,
I purchased this 2nd hand yesterday, but there is no sound at all

I have updated the bios & drivers from the HP site etc  but still receive the No output devices found.

in device manager under sound, video and game controllers there is only Conexant HD audio Driver & Intel as shown in screenshot here: https://ibb.co/fktFMnv
I have updated, removed and reinstalled these, but nothing.

only the internal microphone {conexant HD Audio} is shown

on the bang & Oulfsen it shows Speaker set up {UNKNOWN}

I'm actually pulling my hair out trying to get the sound on

any help would be gratefully appreciated 🙂

What exactly happens during the process?

but still receive the No output devices found.

you only show part of your manager, do you have badly installed drivers or something?
In the bios, you don't have an audio option?

Hi Promethee
This is the exact driver that i have installed already

The process runs smoothly no errors either reinstalling or updating

It still shows no output devices found.

There is no yellow exclamation marks beside anything in device manager, although there are some HID Devices?.

I also reset The AIO but still have the same problem
I am going to check the bios now  and will update here 🙂
Thanks for your help
