I am currently getting this message displayed when I hover over the sound Icon in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
When I select It tries to detect the problem but returns that it couldn't identify any problems.
If I run an audio diagnostics it's advising no speaker or microphone found and hardware problem detected.
Can I anyone help me to restore the sound back on my desktop please?

no exact model told just AIO ENVY
did this PC come with w10:?
or was it upgraded?
in any case go to hp.com then to drivers page for your unstated PC exact.
if wise tell hp.com your service tag answers, and now it puts you on MATCHING driver, IF supported for W10.
and get the W10 -64bit driver for sound.
and install it.
