HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b200nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b200nf, I no longer have access to my Bang & Olufsen audio device. Apparently, it seems to be deactivated while the sound is active in the HP utility launched at PC boot time. On the other hand under Windows 10, it is impossible to access it.

Probably Windows 10 buries it under HP Audio Switch. Please try it from

Good morning, sir,

 

Thank you for these items. I did try this but when I click on "Bang & Olufsen Audio Control" nothing happens.

To complete my post, I have reinitialized my PC and I no longer have any audio devices detected:

while it works (sound and microphone) with the HP utility launched at BOOT time 😞
