Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The pc came with windows 8 now upgraded to windows 10 and i have lost beats audio it was there at first but didnt work now completely gone

Hi Paul sorry to be a pest but i was wondering is it possible to add another operating system to this pc i.e windows XP or vista?  With thanks, John.

it may be possible, but you wouldn't be able to find a lot of the drivers you would need for the hardware to work.

 

Windows 7 64 bit might be the oldest OS you could run on there and have everything work.

Hi again Paul i brought and installed a windows 10 but have no sound at all, when i use device manager to update drivers it finds them but encounters a problem when trying to install, it says ( a device attached to the system is not functioning ) Any ideas mate?
