Hello,

 

I just bought a new HP Pavilion PC and in the tech description it says surround sound but it has come without any speakers. Have I missed something or do I need to purchase speakers separately?

Hi, George:

 

Most HP consumer desktop PC's (except all in ones) do not have a built in speaker system.

 

You will have to purchase speakers separately for the surround sound to work.
