No Sound from PC Speakers - Headphones and Bluetooth Speaker working fine
07-29-2017 06:52 AM

I'm having trouble trying to fix an audio problem with myI am getting no sound from the built in speakers, while the Volume mixer and Sound panel from control panel has the bars indicating sound is being played.
When I plug in my headphones I hear sound.
My bluetooth speaker Also works fine
I have tried running the troubleshooting tool, reinstalling the audio drivers - From HP, full system restore... nothing is working. It makes me think it is a hardware issue but i want to exaust all possibilities before getting it looked at.
It's a 2 month old PC which I brought from the USA. It has Bang & Olufsen speakers built into the base of the PC
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
