I'm about ready to purchase a new computer I'm not able to get audio, I've gone through  the procedures, even brought it to Best Buy.my computer says there's no audio driver installed what to do? thanks

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Have you tried connecting headphones and check whether you are getting audio?

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install the audio driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Hi, I followed above suggestions, installing diagnostics troubleshooting, reinstalled the realto sound but to no avail, my sound icon says "no audio output device installed"  thanks in advance for your help

Hi, so after reinstalling the realtec audio several times and troubleshooting and still no sound, my question is this :  Is there something in my tower that's broken, or is there something else that I could try to  save my computer?

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and run a audio test to make sure that it is not a hardware issue.
