Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2 week ago I lost audio. I tried all the trouble shooting processes, then got in touch with a HP live chat technition which resolved the issue. Case Number 5049859052 . The issue has returned, and now cant seem to find the link to HP live chat

I understand that you are facing an audio issue.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please uninstall the audio drivers and then update the chipset drivers. Restart the computer and then install the audio drivers.

 

Also, update the BIOS.
