Product: hp tounchsmart 320 pc

i looked in device manger alot to locate audio to update driver but its missing and yes i updated to windows 10 it has beats audio but nothing coming out is also says no audio output device is installed. Please help i need to her my professors

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC and see if it works on yours.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.
