Hi:

See if this works...

A problem with the Conexant audio means that you may hear no sound in Windows 10 even though everything appears to be working correctly.

Microsoft suggests running msconfig.exe, click on the Boot tab. Click the Advanced options button, check the Maximum memory box and set the value to 3072.

Then restart the PC.

I am a high school student and I have a lot of school homework. I was hoping you will take the remote from me and give me a hand please god bless you. Because I am really far behind in my work because I have to watch videos in my bio class and anylaze them. So please take the remote from me and help me out

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't have that capability.

I can verbally explain what you have to do...

1.  Right click on the Windows icon on the left corner of your screen.

2. Select 'Run'

3. In the Run window, type 'msconfig.'

The msconfig window will open, and you can follow the rest of the instructions I posted yesterday.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what you can do about that issue.

You may want to start a new post on that problem.
