Hi, I have a HP R009NA computer but I have no sound coming out of the speakers, I have troubleshooted the audio and all seems ok, volume is up on the output but no sound is coming out.

@Twhisler14 I suggest you check with an alternate headphones or external speakers to identify the issue, meanwhile, Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
