ENVY 23 A10. Windows 10 , 32 BIT recently updated

Audio stopped working. Message...NO drivers are installed

There are no audio drivers available from support beyond Windows 8

I have done extensive troubleshooting for 3 days to no avail

What the heck do I do?? Give up? Buy external speakers? HELP PLEASE!

Hi:

 

You referenced two entirely different model PC's in your post.

 

If you have the ENVY 23-C059, then see if installing the W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again.
