Solved!

No sound

HP Recommended
w/k PHTM OMEN GT13-0380t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new, no sound, ran the troubleshooter which said it was the drivers, still no sound

Hi:

 

Did you install a pair of PC speakers?

 

Most HP consumer class desktop PC's such as yours do not have a built in speaker.

 

I don't see an internal speaker listed for the model you bought.
