My audio sign has a red 'x' next to it. I have clicked the troubleshoot button, but that does not work. My driver 'High Definition Audio Controller' has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. I have already downloaded all the relevant drivers using the HP 'software and driver downloads' area, however it doesn't work. When I run them (as admin) it doesn't work, if I uninstall high def audio controller it doesn't work once it reinstalls.

When I go on 'Sound, video and game controllers' it only has my bluetooth devices and my iphone as drivers, it doesn't seem to have one for the internal speaker's hardware. Furthermore, there is also no input for the microphone.

Please help me, I have spent so many hours trying to find a solution.
