Hi,

 

I got a new HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-pOxx, and found the audio is not working. The troubleshooting shows the error as "No speakers or headphones are plugged in", although I have my headphones plugged in. The PC does not recognize the headphones for some reason. I tried to search online for this issue, and found that so many people are having this problem. Tried to fix it by unistalling/reinstalling drivers, disable/reenable devices, everything that I could find on internet. But nothing has helped so far. I would be glad if someone can provide a solution for this issue.

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?
