Hi,

 

Were you able to repair the problem yourself or did you have to send the computer back in?  

 

I had this problem when I originally purchased it earlier this year and through a lot of back and forth with 2 computers, they finally resolved the problem, however it is not working again.

Hello.

 

I did it on my own. I opened the pc case and reconnected the front USB cable, which was disconnected, and everything started working normally.
