Hello,
I am hoping to find some help online as I tried all the "self-help," tools to run HP diagnostics and tests and nothing seems to work.
My All in One/ Desktop randomly stopped playing any sound.
Is there anyone out there that has experienced this issue and or knows of a fix? I am not an expert by any means on a computer but know the basics to follow instructions or suggestions if provided.
Thanks in advance.

Hi:
If you upgraded your PC to W10 from an older Windows operating system, you probably need to install the W10 IDT audio driver.
Install this driver, and restart the PC, and hopefully the sound will be working again.
