Problems after Windows 10 Fall Creators update

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have lost HP software like Recovery system.

And also the Beats Audio software.How can I set up this one?

I have used 

C:\SWSetup\Drivers\Audio\IDTsetup   this path to reinstall IDT driver. How can I check if all the speakers are working or not?

 

How can I  reinstall that?

Hi, @ulvishukurzade

 

The only suggestion I can offer if your notebook has the IDT Beats Audio system, would be to reinstall the W10 Audio driver...Restart the PC after installing.

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

I have the same problem after creators update on two laptops:

 

Model:     HP ENVY dv7-7286ez

Product: C4V19EA#UUZ

WINDOWS 10 Home 64-bit Version 1709

 

and 

 

Model:     HP PAVILION g6-2377ez

Product: D8P38EA#UUZ

WINDOWS 10 Home 64-bit Version 1709

 

Can you help me please (Download-links and installation instructions)?

Hopefully on the RH side of the screen is a 'box' marked looking for drivers, and it takes you here...

Copy and paste in HP ENVY dv7-7286ez and you get the drivers page with assorted software.

You can use the same IDT audio file I posted yesterday, and see if that works on both of your models since they both have the IDT audio.

 

If it doesn't help, unfortunately I won't be able to be of further assistance.

 

Neither of your notebooks are supported by HP for W10 since they were produced prior to August 2013, and there are major issues with the IDT audio and W10.
