Hello,
i have a question regarding the Prodesk600 G2 Mini with all Win10-64bit drivers installed correctly but i cant get audio from the two Displayports (with ++ for video & audio support) to my Monitor or TV with HDMI. The ports are connected via Displayport-HDMI cable with audio support. I see the "Intel Display Audio" device in the device manager but no HD-Audio device in the sound-setup/sound output devices. The options "show disabled devices" and "show disconncted devices" are selected but still no HD-Audio device, only the analog Realtek audio devices are shown. The audio option in the (latest) BIOS is enabled. What could be the problem?
thank you,

Hi
I'm not sure I understand, but if you're using audio from a monitor/tv, you have to go through the audio, which is related to your video card..
so if the card is intel, the audio used must be the intel

You have reinstalled the hp graphics drivers, that's it, the version:
not very recent, I had not seen
Intel Video Driver and Control Panel
| 27.20.100.9416 Rev.A | 343.8 MB | Apr 28, 2021 |
Have you tried with a single monitor?
and is it possible for you to use display to display if no hdmi port , to try, or not at all?
I have a display/hdmi screen, and the audio option is available,
could be an adapter problem.
I had a doubt because from memory not tested
both screens work, the audio can work with the monitor in hdmi/hdmi, and it also works with the display/hdmi, for me
