ALL-IN-ONE

Hi, we have returned back from being away and it seems the fabric on our All-in-one where the speakers would be has become darker in colour - looks almost like staining or if someone has wiped with something? The desk is no where near water and the sound is still fine however it is very annoying aesthetically and we just can't understand how this has happened.
Tried to contact HP support but can only get through to a virtual assistant, can anyone help. It is still within warranty.

@KR43 -- I doubt that this is a "warranty" issue. HP will probably say "accidental damage is not covered".

Was the computer completely powered-off when you were aware, or did it have some "short-circuit" that melted some plastic, and emitted fumes?

Any leakage from the ceiling above the computer?

Any pet "marking" their territory?

Any child?

Anybody sharing your living quarters?

Any mother-in-law who may have tried to "dust" your computer?

Any "house-sitter" while you were away?

Who has keys to enter your residence?
