Hi:
See if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again.
This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
File name: sp71717.exe

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem but on an Elitebook 850 G1.
The recommended file does not work for me, its aborts saying that my hardware is not supported by this software.
I can not for my life navigate HPs drivers web to get the recommended driver for my system.
Help!?
