Help!

I've tried everything. Switching HDMI cables, switching monitor ports, updating drivers, contacting Windows support and they couldn't do anything. All drivers are up to date for the NDVIA, (R)ealtek, Windows and HP

When I troubleshoot it says that it can't play anything because no device is plugged in. The (R)ealtek audio and NDVIA audio say they aren't plugged in but they've worked fine before. I noticed this problem after I had set up my device to a metered ethernet connection. The only time the audio works is when I connect to one of my BOSE Bluetooth speakers. Before the monitor (which is connected by  HDMI) and my airpods could connect fine before. Now the troubleshoot error tells me that the device is plugged in. Before the audio would connect to the (R) Realtek and NDVIA audio and play out of monitor fine with an HDMI cable.

Does anyone know what the issue could be and how it could be fixed?
