Product: HP Envy Recline 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I am struggling to add a second screen to my HP Envy Recline 23.

I am aware that machine does not have HDMI output, therefore I got USB 3.0 VGA Video Display Cable.

However, unfortunately after connecting the cable to both machines, on the second screen pops up ''No signal'' and the PC cannot detect any additional screen.

 

Can anyone help with the above please?

USB 3.0 to VGA Video Display Cable Adapter Lead for Windows 7 8 10 Multi-Display

 

Is this the correct one? if not, what type of cable I need in order to add the second screen to may PC?
