Subwoofer port was enabled and my JBL speakers working before I went on a two week break.  Started up the machine when I got back and no sound from speakers.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model PC, and see if that gets the speakers to work again.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
