When I updated my PC all of my audio devices stopped working and I can't find them, I've tried everything with the virtual agent but the audio devices just aren't there, I've tried everything that I can do but I can't get a hold of anyone who can help, headphones don't work either.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver works on your model PC.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
It is only going to work for 64 bit operating systems and you posted that your PC is running W10 32 bit, which I find hard to understand, since all those model PC's came with a 64 bit operating system.
