Product: HP Envy 700 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need advice on finding a sound card that I can install in my HP Envy Desktop Computer.  What to get and where I can purchase one.  I need to be able to connect an analog reel to reel tape player to the computer and trasfer the audio tapes to MP3 files.   Please help, thanks.

No sound coming from my speakers. I have a Bluetooth speaker that works. Diagnostics on the drivers say there is something wrong and it can not fix it. I had to reload the computer because of some kind of problem when I tried to roll it back which did not work and the only action was to restart from the beginning. The speakers were working before it did the restart. I think it is the soundboard and just wondering how to find out if it can be replaced. Thanks for the help.
