Sound Quiet At 100%

HP Recommended
Pavilion 6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently been trying my hardest to fix this issue, I've tried pretty much every solution I could find and none has worked. I always have to have my volume maxed out to hear things properly and even still then it's not loud enough. I remember on previous PC's that I've had I only had to have the volume at around 20 maybe 30 and that was good enough. Please if anyone has a solution for me I would appreciate it very much, because I've lost so many hours to trying to fix this.
