Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! A few days ago, I began to notice that there were small cracks in the sound, but I did not attach much importance to this. Later, I was playing the game, and suddenly the sound froze again, but later the blue screen of death flew out. I tried many different options: I tried to change the sound parameters, updated the drivers, brought the computer to factory settings, but nothing helped, the blue screen and freezes still appear. Please help me!
