It is an HPA- 1 - 0 Desktop 24-cb0xxx

Product Number 65p4EA#ABU

Win Ver 21H2 (os build 22000.918)

Unfortunately I only use the internal speakers - I have no headset or external ones.  Which is probably not very helpful.  I do not use sound much but discovered it whenever I have a notification so I tested other music out and it was the same - it seems to be both speakers.

" Which is probably not very helpful"

in this case, it would allow to check, if it works well with other loudspeakers
The question is whether it's software or hardware.
internal speakers, damaged, poor quality, something on the membrane etc!

hi

no it s me ( bad traduction )

I have two concerns, no way to identify the model with the product number

see here ?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-all-in-one-24-pc-24-cb0000a/2100771429/product-info
and the driver version doesn't match, so if it's realtek audio try!

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

I'm having trouble with a sound crack. I initially believed the issue to be with my AirPods, but after switching them out, I am still having trouble. I require assistance.
