Sound problem

My monitor is not producing sound and the HDMI is connected and everything else is working perfectly, but it doesn’t have a volume button how do I fix this?

If yes, sorry, but I have a doubt, for me there are no integrated speakers, which explains the why of no button for the volume
In general this can easily be checked, if there are speakers, there is an input to connect an audio cable, between the computer, and the screen (if there is for example a VGA and HDMi input)
