Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am using the above as a music streamer for Amazon Music HD. The sound volume drops by 50% after the first song starts and stays down for the rest of the play list.

I have gone into the Control Panel-Sound -Communications, and selected the "Do Nothing" button without success. Have also opened the Task Manager and disabled the Realtek HD audio manager under"Startup".

The OS was reset prior to installing the Amazon App.

Incidentally, this doesn't happen when playing music from an attached hard drive using Foobar2000 app.
