Speaker Problem

HP Recommended
Hp Compaq 6000
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a desktop HP COMPAQ 6000 PRO MICROTOWER

and i have issue with the audio and i try a lot of ways but no one helped me

Hi:

 

I can't read French, but it appears to me that the device manager is showing that no audio hardware is present.

 

That means either the Realtek HD audio chip on the motherboard has failed, or that I can't read French.

 

The easiest thing to do if the onboard audio chip has failed is to purchase an external usb audio adapter, such as this one.
