Product: OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a new Logitech Z623 speaker set for my new HP OMEN. I cannot get the subwoofer to work. Left and right speakers work fine. I have gone into the sound settings and tried different configurations with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Check the wiring between the two satellite speakers and the subwoofer. You should get bass if the Z623 is connected correctly. The subwoofer needs AC power.

 

Are you using the (lime) speaker out jack on the rear I/O shield?
