I have tried four different Bluetooth headphones with my computer. They all connect quickly but on all of them the sounds cuts in and out every few seconds. The issue occurs no matter what I am listening to--Spotify, Pandora, zoom, cd's or dvd's. The headsets work great on my other Microsoft or android devices. I have rebooted, insured Bluetooth was off on all of my other devices, installed the latest drivers, and reinstalled all Bluetooth drivers using my devices. VERY frustrating.

There is a March 7, 2022 bios update "F10":
Zoom is heavily used working at home and if it is critical to your occupation I would return the system if you just got it.
You might borrow a wired headphone and see if the problem goes away.
I do not know what you use the sound or headset for but some applications that are CPU and Graphic intensive (gaming, mining) can occassionally cause dropouts and artifacts in the sound.
