Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the Sub out is not sending a signal.  my system is showing no subwoofer and i can not change it to show it has one plugged in.  i have reinstalled the drivers, reset the Bios and pretty much everything else i can think of.

Hi:

 

I don't see that your notebook has any W10 drivers on the support page.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the IDT w/Beats audio driver from a newer model HP AIO PC that has support for W10.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.
