Hi
After upgrading to Windows 10pro the subwoofer port not detected by the desktop and when connecting subwoofer and playing music no sound at all coming from the sub
I tried upgrading BIOS did not help
Tried also reinstall the audio driver didn’t help
Anyone faced this issue ?
If yes please assist

the driver comes from the support page, and available only for w8.
Maybe for that ..

try in case this:

you can be more specific
have you tried both listed?
sp71717.exe
Do the drivers install or not, there is no sound at all, or it's still the same problem
can you give any captures of all audio settings?
