Hello, I would like to explain you my problem. When I put the jack of the headset into the jack of the computer it doesn't work. I don't hear anything in the headset! Yesterday I did the problems diagnostics and it said "the audio port is probably disconnected, problem doesn't solve". Can you help me? How can I do?

It has standard 1 headphone/microphone combo port. Does your headset have standard headphone/microphone combo plug ?
