Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 Whenever I turn my computer on, the volume is always 68 or so. If I turn it down it stays down, but once I turn it on it's immediately back to 68 when I turn it back on. It used to stay at whatever volume I last left it as.
