Product: E24mv G4 FHD

I have an AppleTV 4k (3rd gen) connected to my HP E24mv G4 FHD monitor (work from home monitor) via HDMI.  Everything works fine except that the volume is fixed at one level and the volume up/down/mute buttons on the monitor don’t do anything when pressed.  The microphone mute button does function, for what it’s worth, so I know the buttons are working.

 

I don’t see anything in the menu to enable the buttons or change the volume levels.
