HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx

Two days ago I got my HP Pavilion Desktop and set it up. I believe it runs on Windows 10

I noticed that it wasn't playing any sound, so I went to turn up the volume since it was on mute. But when I try to it doesn't let me click on the slider to turn it up, and when I click to unmute it doesn't let me click it, I've run diagnostics and restarted the computer multiple times but the issue persists

And when I plug in my headphones it still doesn't let me increase or unmute the volume, so I assume it's not a speaker problem.

The monitors volume is on 100 so it's not an issue with the monitor either

Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

Thanks, Eitan R

@Eitan_R -- within the Windows "Device Manager", does it show in the "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" section, that there is an installed device-driver for your sound-card?
