I recently reset my computer because of issues with functionality and the audio hardware disconnected from the IDT Audio Codec driver. When I obtained this computer, I did a fresh install and found a work-around to get beats music on the computer. However, every attempt at this time has led to nothing.
So far I have utilized all the steps provided by HP Virtual Assistant, the Community, and third party websites. Nothing works.
Even with compatibility settings and administration selected, installing the driver produces an error message which says the current operating system is not compatible. I know it is possible to connect the driver as I have done it before, but I am unable to do it now.
I am currently on a wireless internet connection.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver works on your PC.
Restart the PC after installing the driver...
Tempo High Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)
