Windows 10 update removed my Realtek Microphone driver. How do I reinstall it?

Product: All in One 180M2AA#AB4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had an update from Windows 10 last night and it killed my microphone and speakers.

Checked under devices and it seems Realtek drivers have been completely removed (I have nothing under drivers).

Went to HP Virtual Assistant and did an Audio Check. Result "No Speakers and No Microphone detected". Kind of what I knew already so Not very helpful!!

Can someone help me restore my drivers?

I can't speak for how the guys at Microsoft approach updates but the web is full of such issues since at least 5 years.
